By working within a more formal framework, clients have the ability to measure our performance within clearly defined service level agreements.

When working as a Sole Supplier, we become an integral part of the client’s HR and Recruitment function. Ultimately, we are responsible for all aspects of a client’s permanent and temporary recruitment needs and will work to clearly defined and agreed service levels.
Agency Management
For those organisations who prefer to deal with one consultancy but still want to maintain a wider network of agencies, Resource Recruitment offers a Managed Recruitment Service. By taking the role of Managing Agency, Resource Recruitment provide all the benefits of having only one point of contact, with the additional support of other recruitment companies, thus ensuring all requirements are fulfilled. We will handle the whole recruitment cycle from the initial placing of the requirement through to CV and offer stage and provides the facility of single invoicing.
